Return & Exchange Policy

The vast majority of products may be returned or exchanged if they are defective, damaged on arrival or sent in error within 30 days of delivery. All returns or exchanges must require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form by requesting online or contacting us. Any returns without the RMA Form will be refused. All returns and exchanges are only accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • Items are not installed, not used and not custom-painted (with No signs of being installed or mounted, used, dented, defaced, scratches, etc.). Hand-fit your item and test it for any defect before installation.
  • Items must be return in Ready-to-Sell condition with original packaging, documentation, etc.
  • An RMA Form must be included.
  • Items are not damaged during the returning shipment (please fully insure your return shipment).
  • Returns must be shipped prepaid, we will refuse COD returns.
  • Returns must include all original retail packaging materials, e.g. boxes, manuals, cables, etc.

A one-time 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns if the items are not defective, damaged on arrival or incorrected. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The actual shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund if your items were shipped by the &quote;Free Shipping&quote; method. We will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. The entire return processing may take up to 14 bussiness days from the time your item is received.

Returning Incorrect or Defective Items

Our staffs are trying the best efforts to make sure the items shipped are correct and in good working conditions. However, in the rarest case, we apologize for items that are sent in error or detective.

We allow exchange only for incorrect or defective items within 30 days of delivery. Before you return the items, photographic and/or professional/technical proofs may require to submit to our return department for verification purposes. We may provide return shipping label or reimburse the return shipping fee after we receive the items. The replacement items will be shipped only after we receive and inspect the returned items.

The items will be refused if they are installed or used (with cut wires, scratches, mounting marks, etc.). The returned items must be in resaleable condition. The customer are fully responsible for confirming the correctness of size, shape and application of the items before installation. Please hand-fit the item carefully and check for any defect before installation.

Returns that are found to be correct or non-defective will be subject to a one-time 10% processing fee. The items will be returned to the customer at the customer's expenses.

 

Damaged on Arrival Items

Please report online or contact us immediately if your shipment has arrived damaged. All shipments are fully insured and we will report the damage to the couriers for insurance claiming. Please return the damaged items in the original packaging for insurance inspection ONLY AFTER we authorize a return or exchange. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form must be accompanied with all returns or exchanges. We may provide return shipping label or reimburse the return shipping fee after we receive the items. The replacement items will be shipped only after we receive the items.

 

RMA Form

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form must be accompanied with all returns or exchanges. We will refuse any returns without an RMA Form. The RMA Form contains detailed guidelines & instructions for returns and exchanges. Please request online or contact us to obtain the form before you return an item.

 

Refund

Refund or Store Credit will be issued for approved returns, please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund processing.
