Yes, all of our products are in 100% brand new condition or your money back guaranteed. We may only open and reseal a small amount of items for inspection and customization purposes.

Are the items come in single or in pairs?

The item titles and/or descriptions specify the exact quantity of items included with the product. All headlights, tail lights, bumper, corner lights and side markers are sold in pairs only.

Do you accept Check, Money Order or Cashier Check?

Yes, just select the Payment Method: Check, Money Order/ Cashier Check. After you click 'Submit Order' button, you will receive an order number along with an email confirmation and our mailing address. Please print out the email confirmation page and send it together with your payment.

Do I have to pay tax?

Only orders that ship to addresses in California will have to pay sales tax.

What to do if I would like to cancel my order?

You must call us and then notify us in writing via email or fax before we ship out your order. Once we ship out your item, you will have to pay a 15% restocking fee to cancel your order (Shipping fees are not refundable). A 15% restocking fee will apply if you refuse our shipment. Once the order is accepted, it will take at least 15 business days for the refund to be credited back into your account. An expedited processing fee (5% of total order amount) will be charged if you want the refund to be credited back into your account in 5 business days.

What if the tracking status for my shipment shows &quote;Billing information received&quote; but there is no tracking status?

The shipping carrier has received billing status of the item, but the package has not yet been scanned for shipment by the shipping carrier system. Shipping status is usually updated in 2 to 3 business days. Try to check back in a few days. If the status remains the same, please contact us and we will determine the cause of delay and resolve the issue for you.

The part looks like it will fit my car. Will it?

Even though some parts may look identical to others, however we can only guarantee the proper fitting for the models and years specified by the item title/description. We suggest you to check with your dealer to make sure they are the same parts.

How do I check the status of my orders?

When your order has shipped, an email confirmation with tracking info (whenever available) will be sent to you. If you signed up for an account with us during checkout, you can sign in to your account and check the order status or by contacting us (please have your order# ready).
