UPS (United Parcel Service):

• Free Ground shipping offer for selected items are valid only within the 48 continental states and usually takes approx. 1-5 business days delivery from shipping date.
• Other options include UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day delivery methods.
• Canadian and Mexican options include UPS Standard(7-10 days)and UPS Expedited(1-2 days) delivery methods. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all the applicable duties, taxes & brokerage fees imposed on the import shipments.
• All Express shipments (Next Day and 2nd Day delivery, depends on item availability) are normally shipped on the same day if placed before 10am (Mon to Fri) pacific time.
• Saturday delivery are only available upon request (additional fees may apply).

U.S. Postal Service:

• To all 50 states (including Puerto Rico) and international locations. Please allow 2-4 business days for US delivery and 7-10 business days for international delivery with EMS (Express Mail Service) delivery.
• USPS is used for shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes.

Truck Delivery:

• Exceptional odd, overweight, and/or oversized items can only be shipped by common carrier (truck/air freight). Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery to 48 states. The states of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can anticipate 10-14 days for delivery.

International Delivery (except Canada and Mexico):

• International (except Canada and Mexico) shipments are delivered by UPS Expeditied (2-3 days), USPS Priority Mail (5-7 days) or USPS Express Mail (3-5 days)
• It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all the applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees imposed on the import shipments.

Local Pickup in Los Angeles area:

• Customers may pickup at our Los Angeles warehouse from 10AM to 6PM (Mon-Fri) and must contact us one day in advance to schedule a pickup appointment (we may allow same-day pickup depends on item availability). We only accept credit/debit cards and cash for will-call orders.
