Order Processing Time
Orders are usually shipped in 24-48 hours after the payment verification. Orders are only processed and shipped during business hours (Mon-Fri; excluding holidays). You will be notified with an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) if the item is out of stock or will be delayed longer than 5 business days.
Shipping within USA
Estimated delivery time is based on the selected shipping method plus Order Processing Time. Orders are shipped during business hours only (Mon-Fri; excluding holidays). Shipments are normally shipped via UPS, except for oversized items or other reasons, another courier will be used. Standard Ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Some packages are sent requiring an adult signature. If you request no signature, we will deem the carriers shipping record as a completed delivery and you will assume any responsibility for loss or damage after the package is delivered.

You can check your order status and tracking information online by logging on to your account. Once your order is shipped, the tracking information will be emailed to you. Please contact us if you need assistance.

We give priority processing to these orders and most orders are shipped within one business day depending on the availability of the items and payment verification. However, we do not guarantee that you will receive your order within the specific time. Please contact us if you have specific deadline and we will try our best efforts to fulfil the order.
International (Includes Puerto Rico, Guam & Virgin Islands) Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all custom/duty fees. Shipments are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. Please contact us if you have special instructions for export declaration.
APO, FPO, PO Box Shipping
Shipments are shipped via US Postal Service only.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
The actual shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all refused or undeliverable shipments. You may change the delivery address only if the shipment is still in transit, please contact us immediately for address change or update.
In case that all or part of your order contains items that are backordered, we will usually ship the in-stock items first, unless requested by the customer. We will try our best efforts to obtain your desired item from our suppliers and will notify you if the item are not longer available or cannot be obtained in a reasonable time period. Please continue to check the order status online or by contacting us. We will ship and provide updated shipment information once the item is available.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards issued in US and worldwide. All credit card payment order must be verified by our Payment Fraud Protection Department before shipment.
