Return & Warranty

At 360Tuners we make returns as easy and quick as possible. We understand that sometimes, customers change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that customers are cautious about Return Policies and Product Warranty since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return process or warranty coverage trustworthy and as simple as 1-2-3!

Return policy

The vast majority of products are returnable, provided they are returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition.

To initiate a return, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product. Items returned without an RMA form are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Procedure

1. Contact our Customer Care Specialist by phone or email.

2. Our Customer Care Specialists will provide you with an RMA form which includes detailed return instructions.

3. Include the RMA form in the package and return to the address specified in the form.

4. Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. The original method of payment used to place the order will be credited the purchase price, excluding restocking fee if applies. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Defective Items

If you receive an item that is broken or defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. To obtain the return shipping label, follow the above return procedure.


All merchandises are covered by 360Tuners 90 days full warranty from the date of delivery. After the first 90 days period, most merchandises are covered by its manufacturer's limited warranty for 1 year or longer (depending on manufacturer).
